Yeah, I just don’t see it. Star Wars was one of my foundational childhood franchises, I still love it in spite of TFA/TLJ, but I will not go see TROS. In my mind this trilogy is already a total failure, I’m now dedicated to waiting another decade or however long it takes for a proper reboot to come along which is hopefully far better than this garbage. I hope TRoS is really good and rights the ship. However, I’m extremely doubtful they can fix everything in one film. This is where I’m at. Doesn’t matter how IX does, he’s got a ship to jump to when this one sinks. Abrams might have started the train wreck but at least it had the pretense of fun. And even then, neither of them felt like seeing the anthology movies or participate in the fandom in any way other than watching each ST movie once.
