It's just the right size as XL when you get it but after a wash its tight. If you like tight and your in good shape this isn't bad. If your a couple pounds over weight get the 2X and after a wash or 2 you'll be happy.

I bought this shirt for my son as a Christmas present. I really do love the quality and styles of Grunt Style brand shirts. My son loves all of his Grunt shirts. They are always so soft and the colors are always vibrant and beautiful. Definitely recommend and will buy more shirts from them!

My husband loves this shirt. It fits him well. He is a bigger guy but the size we got isn't to baggy or to tight. I wish it had more length for when he working it doesn't rise up but its not a deal breaker. I would order the normal size you wear. Material is nice too.

I am a normal XL, i bought a xxl based on some reviewers saying it fit small. Do not do that. Have purchased multiple other grunt style shirts in xl and all fit as expected. I chose to not return this shirt as i bought big, it is not their fault. I can still wear it around the house. Loving the brand.

I love how the sleeves wrap the arm nicely, and don’t “flare out” like cheap t-shirts usually do. Truly a nice fitted look. So far, been through three washes and still looks like new. Hopefully the print lasts for a while, I really love this shirt (bought a thin blue line one, also... same exact fit!)

I love the way this shirt fits. I'm 5'10" and 250 pounds and an XL fit me just fine. It wasn't too tight or too loose. It fit me just right. I even washed the shirt once and tried it on again afterwards to see how it fits. It was still a perfect fit. The material is great quality and didn't shrink after washing. I actually ordered 2 more shirts from Grunt Style because I liked the way the first one fit before and after washing it. I'll definitely be ordering more. I highly recommend these shirts for anyone on the fence about buying them.

My boyfriend is a Medium. I read previous reviews that it ran small so I got him a Large. It's too big. I'm just gonna run it in the dryer a few times but I should have gotten a Medium. Otherwise, great quality, great for 4th of July. Really nice t-shirt!

My husband ordered him a Grunt Style brand short sleeved size Medium shirt (his normal size) through their website a few months ago. & it fit him perfectly.
So; I decided to order him a long sleeved one in medium. I also ordered 2 other short sleeved GS shirts in XL for my son in laws. The shirts are great quality, but unfortunately all of these shirts fit one size larger than the normal sized shirts for men out there. In other words my husband will definitely wear a small in the LS shirt & my son in law’s, well I’m looking at this oversized long sleeved medium & I believe it looks as if one of my son in law’s who actually wears a large can wear this shirt.
So; U may want to order one size smaller than your normal size in all the GS shirts on Amazon. I ordered 3 in total & they were all one size too large! This particular XL fits like an XXL. I need to reorder a regular large for my son in law who wears an XL.
I hope all this info helps ppl who are interested in this shirts!

The Grunt t-shirt line is nice. Great graphics. They have one drawback. They need to use a better quality t-shirt. Absolutely no reason to cut corners and use a cheap t-shirt. I have several of their t-shirts, some that I have purchased from Amazon and some from them direct. You do need to go up one size or not put them in the dryer. Your call.

True to size initially. Soft shirt that fitted great. It's gone through the wash a half dozen times so far and help up good. Only complaint is that it has shrunk a little from going through the dryer. Still fits, but fits like a large now, I ordered an XL. So maybe order 1 size up to offset the shrinkage if you put it through a dryer multiple times.

I don't understand why some buyers have submitted reviews claiming these to be fake because that was certainly not my experience. It fits perfect, looks great and strangers have come up asking me where I got it. Finding athletic fitting patriot shirts was harder than it should be but that's no longer an issue with Grunt Style. Have already purchased more styles.

Arrived earlier, nice quality and design. A mix of comments about the size and some saying to buy one size up than what you normally would was not the case for me. Glad I leaned towards the others comments saying get the size you normally would. I typically wear a large and I got the large and in my opinion fits like a normal large. Hopefully it doesn't shrink much after washing and drying, otherwise good purchase.

I don't know why people say this T-shirt is fake, I bought this one and bought another from the original Grunt Style website (because of the bad reviews) and I can't tell the difference, both of them have the same fabric, the same logos in the same place, the same good quality of the rubber, I really like this T-shirt and my boyfriend loved it.

This shirt is awesome, not only does it fit great, but its also comfortable and makes a great shirt for work, everyday use, or working out. And its perfect for anyone who is a patriot. I will definitely be buying more shirts from Grunt Style. And the best part is that the shirts are made in the USA, and Grunt Style is a Veteran owned company which just makes it even better.

It just feels great to buy from an American company. Although there is one problem I have, while the cotton is home grown, and its printed and designed in the USA, the shirts are assembled in Mexico, kind of takes away from the 100% American label.

But I still love this shirt.
