My company instituted a policy that you are not allowed to come to work if you are feeling I’ll and have to call in to be safe. Didn’t update their attendance policy so you cant come to work at all if your feeling under the weather but you will get a reprimand if you miss 8 days this year even though we can’t enter the building if we’re even slightly over temp.
