I bought this as a gift so I can’t speak to the fit, but it looks exactly as expected.
I ordered the sapphire color in size Large and the color and text appear exactly as they do on the episode of The Office that inspired the shirt.
The text was on the front left and on the back in larger font. Some reviewers mentioned only having the text on the front, so I am happy to report that there were NO issues with this shirt!

Good quality material! Logos on front and back look as they are presented in the pictures and are perfectly legible.
I normally wear a Large, but ordered an XL out of concern for getting a smaller fit from overseas. But the XL is true to size (possibly a bit larger), so you can feel comfortable with ordering your normal size.
I don’t think this item came from overseas, as I ordered it and received it within 5 days with the free delivery option selected!!! Very fast and well before the projected delivery date!!

I ordered this shirt for a convention I was going to go as Michael Scott on race day. But I had to send back as it was too tight for me. The 2xl fit more like a XL. It’s a stiff cotton shirt. It did have printing on the front and back. For it being a stiff cotton brand shirt, the price is too high in my opnion.
